Trilogy Wellness of Maryland is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Production Assistant to support our House Packed Flower Production team. This role is critical in maintaining production flow, ensuring compliance standards are upheld, and helping deliver retail-ready products efficiently and accurately.
The Production Assistant will work alongside Production and Inventory leadership to assist with packaging preparation, labeling, sealing, sanitation, organization, and other production-related support tasks. This position plays a direct role in improving speed-to-shelf and maintaining the quality standards expected within Maryland’s regulated cannabis industry.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, takes pride in organization and cleanliness, and can maintain consistency while working in a fast-paced production setting.

• Label, seal, and prepare house-packed flower products for retail sale
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards within production areas
• Assist with packaging workflows and production preparation
• Support inventory organization and workflow efficiency
• Follow all Maryland Cannabis Administration (MCA) compliance standards and internal SOPs
• Assist with maintaining accurate production counts and organization of materials
• Ensure products are properly handled, stored, and processed according to company standards
• Communicate effectively with Production, Inventory, and Management teams regarding workflow needs or issues
• Help maintain production timelines to support retail inventory demands

• Previous production, warehouse, packaging, or inventory experience
• Experience working in highly regulated environments
• Cannabis industry experience preferred but not required
