Pay Range: $18.00 to $22.00 Per Hour

JOB SUMMARY

Trilogy Wellness is seeking a creative, organized, social-first Marketing Coordinator. This role will support multiple brands and is heavily focused on planning, writing, shooting, editing, and publishing content especially Instagram Reels, Stories, and platform-native social content. The role is also focused on email and sms marketing, content planning, analytics and optimization to drive sales and appointment bookings. The brands the role will be supporting are in the MedSpa, Wellness & Cannabis industries. This person will also have product promotional responsibilities both to promote products in digital marketing and in-store via merchandising strategy.

 The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing to execute content calendars, capture content, support compliant campaign execution, and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and industry regulations.

CORE FOCUS

  • Shoot, edit, and publish engaging social media content with a strong emphasis on Reels, short-form video, Stories, and mobile-first storytelling.
  • Translate brand strategy, retail promotions, educational topics, team personality, events, and community moments into clear, creative, compliant social content.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile posts, email/SMS support content, and in-store marketing assets.
  • Support content planning, campaign coordination, social scheduling, caption drafting, asset organization, and performance tracking.
  • Assist with broader marketing coordination as needed, including Canva graphics, website/ecommerce support, email/SMS support, in-store signage, and compliance documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, Design, or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education, training, and hands-on experience.
  • Portfolio, Reels/video samples, social media and email marketing examples, or content work samples strongly preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years of social media, content creation, marketing, retail, lifestyle, wellness, or direct-to-consumer brand experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience shooting and editing short-form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok-style content, Facebook, and/or other social platforms.
  • Experience supporting a content calendar, drafting captions, scheduling posts, and adapting content to platform best practices.
  • Experience with Canva required; experience with CapCut, Instagram editing tools, Adobe Express, Later, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools preferred.
  • Experience with email marketing and CRM management
  • Experience in medspa, cannabis, health and wellness, retail, or regulated industries preferred but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Content Creation & Video Production

  • Create, shoot, and edit Reels and short-form videos aligned with the brand story, campaign strategy, and social media best practices.
  • Repurpose content across Reels, Stories, Facebook posts, Google Business Profile posts, email/SMS support, and campaign assets when appropriate.
  • Maintain organized content libraries, including raw footage, edited videos, photography, captions, campaign assets, and approvals.

Content Calendar, Captions & Publishing

  • Support monthly marketing calendar planning across multiple platforms including social media, email, sms and website/blog content.
  • Schedule and publish approved content, ensuring accuracy of dates, links, tags, creative, disclaimers, and campaign details.
  • Monitor comments, messages, tags, and engagement as assigned, escalating customer service, compliance, or sensitive issues appropriately.

Brand Standards & Marketing Support

  • Use Canva and approved templates to create social graphics, Stories, promotional assets, in-store signage, flyers, and other digital or print materials.
  • Assist with campaign execution, including social content, in-store creative, email/SMS support, website/ecommerce updates, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Support online menu, in-store menu board, and ecommerce content updates as needed, acting as a trained backup to dedicated menu resources.

Merchandising

  • Support online menus and ecommerce pages for products as well as in-store merchandising including and in-store marketing tactics.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track social performance, including reach, views, engagement, saves, shares, link clicks, follower growth, content themes, and top-performing posts/Reels.
  • Assist with campaign performance reviews, sales analysis, promotional tracking, and daily/weekly reporting as requested.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Strong short-form video creation skills, including shooting, editing, framing, lighting awareness, audio awareness, transitions, hooks, captions, and mobile-first storytelling.
  • Creative eye for brand storytelling, retail environments, educational content, team personality, and community-focused social media.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Stories, Reels, Meta Business Suite, and social platform best practices.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to create clear, concise, engaging, and compliant emails, blogs, social media campaign copy.
  • Highly organized and able to manage content calendars, deadlines, approvals, files, campaign details, and multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable directing staff for quick content moments and working with vendors, leadership, and internal teams.
  • Professional judgment and discretion when representing the brand in a regulated industry.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Extended time working on a computer and mobile device.
  • Ability to stand, walk, move through the retail environment, and capture photo/video content during assigned shifts, events, and campaigns.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours per day and assigned rotating shifts as business needs require.
  • Ability to lift or move light marketing materials, signage, displays, or event materials as needed.
