How do I join?
You are automatically enrolled in our Loyalty program upon making your first purchase at Trilogy Wellness.
How are points calculated?
Points are granted based on the final purchase amount after discounts (e.g., a $40 item discounted to $35 earns 35 points).
When do points expire?
Loyalty points expire on a rolling 180-day basis from the date they were earned.
How do store credit redemptions work?
Store credit must be redeemed on full-price items. If applied to an item on sale, the item will be brought up to full retail price before store credit is applied.
Are there daily limits?
Customers and patients are allowed one point redemption per day. Redemptions cannot be combined with daily specials or additional discounts. Select items with limited availability may be restricted from loyalty redemption.
Can points be shared?
No. Points are non-transferable and cannot be shared or combined across accounts.
