At Trilogy Wellness, we believe in the power of community. This fall, we are proud to partner with the Howard County Food Bank and the Community Action Council of Howard County (CAC) for our Fall Canned Goods Drive.
We are currently collecting monetary donations and physical goods since Tuesday, September 16, and will continue through the first week of November.
Why Your Donation Matters
The Howard County Food Bank does more than provide meals. Families who shop here have access to nutritious, diverse, and essential items, including:
- Fresh produce, dairy, and frozen meats
- Shelf-stable canned and boxed foods
- Fresh breads and baked goods
- Allergy-friendly foods
- Feminine hygiene products, diapers, wipes, and baby formula
- Health and beauty products
Families can shop twice a month with dignity, choosing what they need most, just like in a grocery store. The Food Bank also connects people to SNAP benefits, housing assistance, energy programs, and early childhood education opportunities like Head Start and pre-K.
All of these services depend on donations from our community. That means every dollar or item you give has a direct impact on a local family’s stability.
The CAC Mission and Impact
The Community Action Council of Howard County is driven by a simple but powerful mission:
“To diminish poverty and enable self-sufficiency for all Howard County
individuals, families, and children in need.”
In 2024 alone, their work created measurable impact:
- 231 students received education
- 170 families were saved from homelessness
- 665,027 meals were distributed
- 2,340 families kept their lights on
These numbers represent real lives changed — and with our help, CAC can do even more in 2025.
