Your visits to Trilogy come with more than the products you pick out. Our loyalty program gives medical patients and adult use customers a way to earn points on purchases, redeem store credit, and take advantage of perks like Point Multiplier Days, a 40% Birthday Discount, and Penny Tuesday’s.

Knowing how those rewards work will help you decide when to use your points and what to expect at checkout. Here is your guide to earning, tracking, and redeeming your points here at Trilogy Wellness.

What the Trilogy Loyalty Program Includes

Points Earned on Every Purchase

You are automatically enrolled when you make your first purchase at Trilogy. From there, you earn one loyalty point for every dollar spent after discounts are applied. For example, a purchase totaling $60 after discounts earns 60 points at the standard earning rate.

Those points can be used toward eligible rewards on a future purchase. If you are new to the program, ask your Wellness Advisor to help you find your account and check that your contact information is correct.

Point Multiplier Days

Point Multiplier Days let you earn bonus points on qualifying purchases, with the announced multiplier determining how many points you receive. For example, a $60 qualifying purchase earns 120 points on a double point day or 180 points on a triple point day. Check each promotion for its multiplier, dates, and conditions.

Birthday Discount

Your birthday discount gives you 40% off one item of choice. Make sure your date of birth is correct in your customer profile and let your Wellness Advisor know you want to use your birthday discount. Ask when you can redeem the offer and about any other conditions before checkout.

Frequent Flyer Program

Our new Frequent Flyer Program gives you another way to earn rewards here at Trilogy. Earn one stamp for every visit, and on your 10th stamp, choose a Sunmed 0.5g preroll for $0.01, a Betty’s Eddies 10mg/2-pack of chews for $0.01, or 15 extra loyalty points.

Whether you’re stopping in for one item or stocking up, each visit gets you closer to a reward.

Ask your Wellness Advisor for a stamp card during your next visit!

What is Penny Tuesday

Every Tuesday selected promotional items are available for $0.01 when you redeem the required loyalty points. The products and points needed can change, so check that week’s offer before your visit. A Wellness Advisor can help you see which options are available for your balance.

Regular point redemptions give you store credit toward an eligible full price item.

Penny Tuesday lets you choose a featured item under that week’s offer. Check the required points and any additional conditions before choosing your reward. Featured products are subject to availability.

Trilogy Bucks

Trilogy Bucks give you $10 off a future $100 purchase, and they stack with other offers and discounts! Watch for opportunities to receive them through our Daily Delight promotions, then bring your coupon back and let your Wellness Advisor know you’d like to use it before checkout.

You can redeem one $10 Trilogy Bucks coupon per customer per day. Coupons expire December 31, 2026, so be sure to use yours before it expires.

Loyalty Point Tiers and What They Earn

Your available points can be redeemed for store credit at the following tiers. You must have the required points in your account before the purchase where you want to use the reward.

The 2,000 point tier gives you the most store credit per point. Before saving toward that tier, check whether any older points are close to expiring. Keep an eye on your account, you may prefer to use a smaller reward now rather than lose your points while waiting.

How to use points on full price items

One thing to keep in mind: loyalty store credit comes off the full retail price of an eligible item. If the item is on sale, its price goes back to regular retail price before the credit is applied. Point redemptions cannot be combined or stacked with daily specials or other discounts.

What that looks like at checkout

Say an item normally costs $40 and is on sale for $30. If you use 250 points for $10 in store credit, the calculation starts at $40. Your price would be $30 before any applicable taxes, which is the same as the sale price in this example. That’s why it helps to compare both options before using your points. Your Wellness Advisor can check which option works better for your purchase. You can make one point redemption per day, and some items, including products with limited availability, may be excluded.

How the rolling 180 day expiration works

Points expire 180 days after you earn them. “Rolling” means each batch has its own expiration date, based on the purchase that earned those points. Your balance can include points from several visits, so they may expire at different times.

For example, points earned on a January visit will expire before points earned on a February visit. Shopping again adds new points with a new 180 day window, but it does not reset the clock on your older points. Keep an eye on the points already in your account when deciding whether to use a reward or save toward another tier.

Stay opted in for expiration alerts

Staying opted in to emails or texts helps you keep up with point expiration alerts and current offers. It’s easy to forget about an older balance when you haven’t visited in a while. Keep your contact information up to date and check your wallet between visits so you know what’s available.

How to check your points

Your Trilogy Wallet shows your points, visit history, and available offers. You can open the points checker through our loyalty program page, our Trilogy Wellness App or ask your Wellness Advisor to check your balance in person. Point balances are not provided over the phone. If you want to use points, let your advisor know before checkout. That gives you time to check which items qualify and compare the reward with any current sale. You’ll know how the credit applies before you finish your purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use points earned during the same purchase?

Points earned today are for a future purchase. You must already have enough points for the tier you want to redeem before that transaction starts.

Can I share points with someone else?

Points stay with the account that earned them. They cannot be transferred, shared, or combined across accounts.

What if my points are missing?

If a purchase doesn’t appear to have earned the correct points, contact Trilogy or speak with a Wellness Advisor in store. Have your purchase details ready so the team can check the transaction.
