October brings pink ribbons and awareness campaigns into focus, but for many of us in the Trilogy Wellness community, breast cancer awareness goes beyond a month on the calendar. It’s personal.

As a team member here at Trilogy, this month is personal to me. My grandmother is a two time breast cancer survivor. Watching someone you love go through that experience shows you how much support, early detection and honest conversations about health actually matters. Whether you’re currently in treatment, celebrating years of survivorship or supporting a loved one, we want you to know that when you walk through our doors in Ellicott City, Maryland we see you. You’re not alone.

That shared connection is why we’re proud to spotlight Betty’s Eddies and their partnership with the Keep A Breast Foundation throughout October. Beyond the limited edition pink packaging on our shelves, this collaboration is about sharing education, encouraging proactive self care and giving our community tools to feel more informed and supported.

What Breast Cancer Awareness Month Is About

Betty’s Eddies limited-edition pink cherry chew pack for Breast Cancer Awareness Month with Keep A Breast branding

October gives us a chance to learn more about breast health, share information about screening and show support for people affected by breast cancer.

For patients, survivors, caregivers and loved ones, those conversations matter long before and after the month ends.

Awareness can start with small steps: finding a trusted resource, talking with a healthcare provider or sharing information with someone who wants to learn more. Through our October spotlight, we’re introducing you to the organization behind Betty’s Eddies pink packaging and sharing resources you can explore more for yourself.

Meet the Keep A Breast Foundation

The Keep A Breast Foundation is a nonprofit organization focused on breast health education and action. Through art, outreach and educational resources, it helps make conversations about breast health feel more approachable. The foundation also offers programs and community resources for people affected by breast cancer.

If you’re hearing about Keep A Breast for the first time, their website is a great place to start. You can explore their mission, learn about their programs and find their free app, which offers self check guidance and reminders. It’s a simple way to get to know the organization, explore its resources and understand the work this partnership supports.

Betty’s Eddies’ $5,000 Commitment

As part of this campaign, Betty’s Eddies has committed to donating $5,000 to the Keep A Breast Foundation, supporting the organization’s work in breast health education and awareness. The limited edition pink packs also include a QR code connecting customers with the foundation’s self check resource. It’s another way to keep the conversation going and make educational tools easier to find.

What Breast Cancer Awareness Month Is About

The pink Betty’s Eddies packs feature cherry fruit chews. The Maryland product information lists the following amounts for each individual chew: 10mg THC, 40mg CBD, and 5mg CBC per chew. Always review your specific package label for serving and ingredient information.

Betty’s Eddies describes their chews as vegan, gluten free and dairy free, made with organic fruits and vegetables. The ingredient list also includes organic turmeric, vitamin E and piperine. If you have questions about ingredients or allergens, check the complete package label or ask a Wellness Advisor to help you find that information.

This partnership supports breast cancer awareness and education. It does not mean the chews prevent or treat breast cancer. For questions about your health or whether cannabis is appropriate for you, speak with your healthcare provider.

Keep A Breast App QR Code

The Keep A Breast app puts breast health resources within reach, with guided self checks and reminder notifications. It’s free and available in English, Spanish and French. You can find it through the foundation’s website or scan the QR code on the limited edition pink packaging.

You don’t need to purchase the chews to explore these resources. Whether you’re learning for yourself or someone you love, the foundation’s website is a simple place to start.

Body Awareness and Screening

Getting familiar with how your breasts usually look and feel can help you notice changes to discuss with a healthcare provider. Self checks and apps do not replace recommended screening, including mammograms. Your medical history, family history and individual risk help shape the screening plan that’s right for you. The American Cancer Society’s screening guidance offers information you can discuss with your healthcare team. You don’t have to figure it out on your own.

Ways To Do Your Part This October

Share a Reliable Resource

If someone in your life is looking for breast health information, share a link to Keep A Breast or the American Cancer Society. It gives them a trusted place to learn privately, at their own pace and whenever they’re ready. Those resources will still be there after October ends.

Make Space for a Conversation

Sometimes support means sharing information. Other times, it means offering practical help or simply listening. Ask what would be useful and let the person lead. You don’t need to have the perfect words to show someone you care.
